The latest update to the Enfotek Human Resources Module includes a feature that tracks the source of a candidate’s application (such as career websites, social media, email, or LinkedIn).
Enfotek’s ERP, PLM, and PDM software solutions continue to evolve, enhancing the efficiency of HR departments. The latest update to the Enfotek Human Resources Module includes a feature that tracks the source of a candidate’s application (such as career websites, social media, email, or LinkedIn). This addition allows the application source to be recorded in the candidate’s file, providing insights into the number of applications coming from each channel and enabling the development of new strategies for future job postings.
ADDRESS-BASED FILTERING
Another new feature added for recruitment processes is the ability to include candidate address information in the application creation section. This enhancement allows for filtering candidates by city and district, making it easier to compile lists. Previously, the Enfotek HR Recruitment Module had introduced several new features, including duplicate application alerts, date filtering, filtering by personnel type, user log records, and archival of previous application records.
ARCHIVING RECORDS
Additionally, companies can now easily integrate past application data into the Enfotek HR Module. Organizations can bulk import lists of candidates from previous years in Excel format. This feature allows for visibility into why a past application may have been rejected when the candidate applies again.
