Veritas Textile, one of the leading textile firms in Denizli, has been effectively using Enfotek Human Resources Module since January 2022. While the firm successfully conducted its business processes on Enfotek EDS for around 10 years, Enfotek Human Resources Module is completely integrated into the existing system for personnel affairs.
Veritas Human Resources Department undertakes the payroll procedures, overtime calculations, public insurance integration, and personnel list preparation for around 800 employees in Enfotek Human Resources Module.
MULTIPLE PROPERTIES ARE ACTIVELY USED
The firm also completes various procedures such as automatic monitoring and reporting of salary liens, department-based personnel Turnover calculations, preparation of death-based payroll summary reports, automatic withdrawal of personnel overtime reports from the system, payroll submission compatible with KEP portal, implementation of mobile suggestion system, personnel cost calculations and mobile notification system commissioning on Enfotek Human Resources Module.
In 2023, Veritas Textile plans to commission annual leave management, 360° performance assessment, mobile advance payment and annual leave requests, and employment and orientation system on Enfotek Human Resources Module.
