The Enfotek Process Plan Module project, which has been completed after the training sessions, has been successfully delivered to Sına Textile, one of Izmir's well-established textile companies using EDS for many years. The company will now be able to track the planning of orders, procurement, production-shipment processes and their real data through the Process Plan Module. The training sessions, which started in March with the participation of EDS Project Manager and Planning Team, were completed in a short period of time, about 2 months. After the final testing phases, the company will be able to actively use the Enfotek Process Plan Module.
IT'S GOING TO PROVIDE AUTOMATIC NOTIFICATIONS
Sına Textile will be able to manage the processes that become difficult to track due to many orders being carried out together with a single module. With the active use of the Process Planning Module, the company will be able to easily analyze the stages of the order and improve their inefficient processes based on the analysis results.
Moreover, the module will automatically show users the delays between the planned timeline and the steps taken during production and supply stages. The tracking of whether the materials for orders received for production, cutting, sewing, and packaging processes are supplied in full and complete will also be conducted through the Enfotek Process Module.
