With order attachment transferred from Enfotek EDS to Enfotek MDS can deliver weight data of the products from the weighing device. Barcode reader can create automatic register and warehouse input to ERP system with work order and operator data. For this operation, the data is read from the manufacturing plan instructions with the barcode reader first and the correct data between the operator barcode and ERP system can be created without using a keyboard. Thus, a 100% increase can be achieved in work efficiency.
COMPLETE AND ACCURATE MANUFACTURING MONITORING
With the same feature, digital order transfer from Enfotek EDS to Enfotek MDS between manufacturing units can be achieved and complete data transfer between factory and manufacturing units is established. Work planning is facilitated by creating a manufacturing plan for the machines. The operator can see the “manufactured amount and planned amount” for the work order based on machine and order to ensure correct manufacturing follow-up.
